Explore & Restore Beyond the residence, the land opens wide - 3,000 macadamia trees, rolling meadows, ancient creeks, and the old rail line leading toward Byron Bay. Guests wander on foot, by bicycle, or in the open top Jeep, finding shaded clearings and quiet places for picnics

Twilight & Evening
As the sun drops, aperitivo begins. Glasses clink, the light softens, and the terrace glows gold. Dinner might be a chef curated feast beneath the macadamias, or a private meal on your terrace — fresh, local, and generous. Later, the valley quiets. Music drifts from the piano, the stars rise, and Bangala feels like a world of its own.
Our Rooms
Each suite at Bangala is a private haven of light, calm, and refined simplicity. Designed for rest and reconnection, every detail from the stone textures to the soft linens - feels natural and intentional.
Black travertine bathrooms feature double vanities, deep soaking baths, and walk-in robes. King beds are dressed in fine linens with a selection of pillows for every sleeper. Guests are welcomed with a curated selection of local treats — roasted macadamias, handmade sweets, and Byron produce — along with premium teas, espresso coffee, and sparkling water. Bathrobes, a Dyson hairdryer, and custom amenities complete the experience.

Meals at Bangala follow the rhythm of the day - breakfast made to order, all day grazing, sunset apertivo, and long dinners that unfold slowly.
